MuteSounds is a festival for the deaf, the hearing impaired, and the hearing people. In the last 9 years MuteSounds has become a unique, annual event in the Netherlands.
This year the festival was on the Pier in Scheveningen. During the event THSA affiliated artist Micha de Bie has worked with a number of visitors of the festival to create Tape Art on the floor of the Pier.
